What if you stopped overthinking and started playing?
This 6-session experience is an invitation to loosen up, trust yourself, get creative, and discover what happens when you give yourself permission to truly be in the moment.
Through fun, engaging improv and acting exercises, you’ll develop skills that translate directly to the stage, screen, auditions, and everyday life. Learn to listen and react authentically, make strong choices, stay present, trust your instincts, embody characters, use your voice and physicality, embrace spontaneity, and connect truthfully with scene partners.
