Have a shy team? No problem. First thing we will do is get everyone warmed up. Our improv trainings start out slow with simple listening games to help your team build confidence.
ENCOURAGE CREATIVITY
Improv doesn’t just encourage you to engage with the world around you mentally, but physically as well! A bit of simple stretching and fun body movements will have everyone up on their feet (and probably laughing).
BRING ON THE LAUGHTER!
The improv techniques that we practice during corporate events seem simple. But by the end of the 2 hour event, your team will be using them to do advanced exercises like you wouldn’t believe. It’s pretty amazing!
